Strengthen the confidence of students in themselves and their work
Create more interest in and understanding of American business enterprise
Encourage members in the development of individual projects which contribute to the improvement of home, business, and community
Develop character, prepare for useful citizenship and foster patriotism

Competitions
Through competition at a Regional Leadership Conference, the State Leadership Conference, and the National Leadership Conference, students have the opportunity to showcase their knowledge, skills and habits in a wide range of business environments. Many of these competitions require considerable research and practice; others are staged at conferences. Each event is governed by specific guidelines found in the Wisconsin FBLA Competitive Event Guidelines.
Service Projects
Pack the Pantry Food & Hygiene Drive
Since 2011, Weston FBLA has organized the Pack the Pantry Food Drive that benefits Weston families and our local community. In addition to the Weston Food Pantry, donations have gone to the Reedsburg Food Pantry, Richland Center Food Pantry, Passages and the Ada James Afterschool Program. In 2024, the group raised $723 in monetary donations and collected 974 food and hygiene items.
Feminine Hygiene Project
In collaboration with the Introduction to Health Care Career Careers class in Spring 2022, Weston FBLA started the Feminine Hygiene Project that raises funds to supply free feminine hygiene products in the middle school and high school bathrooms.
